How can I apply for a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O)?

You can apply by visiting the Ministry or through our online portal (if available), submitting the required documents, and paying the applicable fees. The process involves verification, site inspection, and approval.

Yes. We strongly recommend conducting a land verification at the Ministry to confirm ownership status, encumbrances, and authenticity before any land transaction.

 

Processing time may vary depending on the completeness of documentation, inspection schedules, and verification processes. On average, it can take several weeks to a few months.
